Reports prepared by Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) which list and summarize statistics on student enrollment by department, broken down by professor, courses taught, credit hours, and number of students enrolled. These reports are also known as "The 12th Class Day Report" or the "The 4th Class Day Report." Statistics for summer sessions are taken on the 4th day of classes, with fall and spring statistics taken on the 12th day of classes.

Materials consist of the first university wide policies called Southwest Texas operating letters (SWTOL) which were superseded by UPPS (University policy and procedure statements). University Archives houses the cancelled and older iterations of policies for historical/preservation purposes, and maintains older working files for current policies.
